    Gift Voucher FAQs

    How do Skat Katz Gift Vouchers work?
    Skat Katz Gift Vouchers are issued as digital gift cards. Once purchased, the gift card is emailed instantly to the recipient (or to you if you’re gifting it later) with a unique code to use at checkout or in-store.

    Where can I use my Gift Voucher?
    Gift Vouchers can be redeemed:

    Do Gift Vouchers expire?
    Yes - in line with Australian Consumer Law, Skat Katz Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
    The expiry date is shown in the gift card email and in your Shopify account.

    Can I use my Gift Voucher more than once?
    Yes! You don’t have to spend it all in one go.
    Any remaining balance stays on the gift card until it’s fully used or expires.

    Can I redeem a Gift Voucher for cash or a refund?
    No. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded if you change your mind.

    Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply to any faulty goods purchased using a Gift Voucher.

    Can I use a Gift Voucher with a discount code or sale?
    Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with discount codes, promotions, or store credits, unless specifically stated.

    What if I lose my Gift Voucher email or code?
    Treat Gift Vouchers like cash.
    If you’ve misplaced your gift card email we'll need proof of purchase - usually the order confirmation email in your name - and we'll do our best to help, however, lost or stolen vouchers can NOT generaslly be replaced.

    How do I check my Gift Voucher balance?
    You can:

    • Check the balance via your Shopify customer account, or

    • Contact Skat Katz at info@skatkatz.com.au

    Can I use a Gift Voucher to buy another Gift Voucher?
    No - Gift Vouchers can’t be used to purchase additional gift cards.

    Is there anything I can’t buy with a Gift Voucher?
    Gift Vouchers can be used on most products unless otherwise stated.
    They cannot be redeemed for cash or cash-equivalent items.

    What happens if Skat Katz changes ownership or structure?
    Your Gift Voucher remains valid in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
