What is Skat Katz Rewards?

Skat Katz Rewards is our loyalty program designed to reward you every time you shop.

Earn points on your purchases and redeem them for real dollar discounts on future orders.

Simple. Fair. Rewarding.

How do I join?

That's easy! Simply create an account with us and you're in!

How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you shop with us.

🟤 Bronze (0–500 points)

Earn 2 points for every $1 spent

🥈 Silver (501–1,000 points)

Earn 3 points for every $1 spent

🥇 Gold (1,001+ points)

Earn 5 points for every $1 spent

The higher your tier, the faster you earn.

How do tiers work?

Your tier is based on your total points balance.

As you earn more points, you move up tiers and unlock higher earning rates.

Because points expire after 6 months (see below), your tier level may decrease if your points balance drops.

How do I redeem my points?

Points convert into discount codes at the following rate:

100+ points = $1.00 off
500+ points = $5.00 off
1,000+ points = $10.00 off

Points always convert at the same base value, regardless of tier.

Simply log into your account and redeem your points for a discount code to use at checkout.

When do my points expire?

Points expire 6 months from the date they were originally earned.

Because of this:

Your total points balance may reduce over time
Your tier level may adjust if your balance drops below a threshold

We recommend using your points regularly so you don’t miss out.

Can I exchange points for cash?

No. Points:

Are not refundable
Are not transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders

Points hold no monetary value outside of the Skat Katz Rewards program.

Do points apply to all purchases?

Points are earned on eligible purchases made while logged into your account.

Points may not be awarded on:

Gift cards
Shipping costs
Taxes
Cancelled or refunded orders

If an order is refunded, the associated points will be removed from your balance.

What happens if I forget to log in?

Points are only awarded to logged-in customers.

If you checked out as a guest, points cannot be manually added after purchase.

Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

Reward codes may not be combinable with certain promotions or discount codes, depending on current store rules.

If a code does not apply at checkout, it may not be eligible to stack with your current promotion.

Can the program change?

Yes. Skat Katz reserves the right to modify, pause or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
