4. Bidding Process
4.1. Bids must be placed electronically through the the product page on our website. Links will be provide across our social media platforms.
4.2. All bids are final and legally binding.
4.3. The highest bid at the end of the auction period will be deemed the winning bid.
5. Payment
5.1. Winning bidders must make payment within 12 hours of the auction closing.
5.2. Payment methods accepted include all major credit cards, PayPal & AfterPay.
6. Seller Responsibilities
6.1. We will only list brand new, undamaged items for auction unless specified in the auction listing.
6.2. All goods sold come with full Australian warranty.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
7.1. Buyers must pay for items they win within the 12 hours of auction end time.
7.2. Buyers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Shipping via Australia Post tracked for final auctions under $150 & machines is $9.95.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Auctions are subject to Skat Katz standard privacy policy.
9. Amendments
9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
9.2. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
