Standard heat transfer vinyl (HTV) often fails on sublimated polyester fabrics because the dyes can migrate, causing your design to blur, discolor, or look dull.

EasyWeed® Sub Block is engineered specifically to prevent this - it “blocks” dye migration, giving you a clean, sharp finish every time.

Compatible Fabrics / Applications

• 100% polyester
• Sublimated polyester garments
• Application (Home iron):
  • Use medium to firm pressure, no sliding/ironing
  • Press each section 10-15 sec
  • Peel carrier hot or cold
  • If parts lift, re-press 5-10 sec
• Heat press: 130 °C (265 °F) for 10–15 sec, medium pressure. Cover with transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper.
• Washing instructions:
  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Wash cold, mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low
  • Avoid fabric softener, don’t dry clean
• This product is perfect for application on sports jerseys.
